Refund Policy

www.inklabs.ro sells primarily products personalised to customer specifications, which fall under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided by Article 16 of Romanian GEO 34/2014 on distance contracts and off-premises contracts.

Conditions returned products must meet

Purchased products must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • Carry the original label
  • Be accompanied by all related accessories
  • Show no signs of use, damage or wear
  • Have undamaged packaging
  • Be sealed, where applicable

THE AXN SRL reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned products do not meet the conditions above.

If the returned product came with a gift, that gift must be returned as well.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 30 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to justify the decision and without incurring any costs other than those of returning the product.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires within 30 calendar days from:

  • The day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer, takes physical possession of the products (sales contracts)
  • The day on which the customer takes physical possession of the last product, for orders delivered separately
  • The day on which the customer takes physical possession of the last lot or piece, for multiple deliveries

Exercising the right of withdrawal

Before the withdrawal period expires, the customer informs the seller by one of the following means:

  • Completing and sending an electronic request to: contact@inklabs.ro
  • Using the withdrawal form model provided in GEO 34/2014
  • Any other unequivocal statement regarding the decision to withdraw from the contract

The notification shall be sent by e-mail to contact@inklabs.ro or by post to: THE AXN SRL, Calea Moșilor, Nr 88, Sc F, Ap 82, Bucharest, Romania.

Refund period

THE AXN SRL will refund the amounts received as payment without undue delay and within no more than 14 calendar days of being informed of the withdrawal decision. The refund is made using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless the customer's method (e.g. cash on delivery) does not ensure a secure refund — in which case the customer agrees to a refund by bank transfer.

The seller may withhold the refund until the products have been received, or until proof of dispatch has been received, whichever is earlier.

Customer obligations in case of withdrawal

The customer returns the products without undue delay and within no more than 30 days of communicating the withdrawal decision. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the products, unless the seller expressly agrees to bear those costs.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal where the contract concerns:

  • The supply of products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • The supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed
  • The supply of products which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Personalised products made to the customer's specifications
